2022 Make It In Union County Week

Make It in Union County is a grassroots effort to increase awareness of the positive impact manufacturers have on our community and to promote manufacturing as a top career choice. Our goal is to increase awareness among students, parents, and educators – that today’s manufacturing field is a great place to work, with excellent career opportunities and high-paying jobs.

The week kicks off with a Social Media Blitz Day on Monday, October 3, 2022.  Follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube for sneak peaks inside Union County manufacturers, along with fun and interesting facts about manufacturing in Union County and across the country.

The celebration continues throughout the week. UCPS Students will have the opportunity to tour manufacturing companies in Monroe to learn about the career opportunities in manufactuing and trades.

Goulston Technologies will host an Open House and tours for the public on Tuesday, October 4.

The week will culminate with the invitation-only Manufacturing Celebration Breakfast.
